In her private practice, she counsels people on weight management, functional foods, family nutrition, heart disease prevention and general lifestyle improvement.

Christine also consults for an interesting client mix of public relations firms, corporations, restaurants, and not-for-profits.Christine analyzes recipes for nutrient values, develops nutrition education materials, serves
as a spokesperson, exhibits at professional meetings, and works on special projects. Previously, she counseled cardiovascular and diabetic patients at the University of Chicago Medical Center and Mt. Sinai Hospital (Minneapolis).

CREDENTIALS
Christine is a dietitian registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and is licensed in the state of Illinois. She serves as a Director-at-Large on the Board of Directors of the American Dietetic Association. She was honored as the Outstanding Dietitian of the Year by the Illinois Dietetic Association in 2002, and given the 2007 Nutrition Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

She has been an adjunct faculty member of Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, since1994.

A graduate of the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Christine also holds a masters degree in business administration (marketing) from DePaul University.
