Christine is an award-winning nutrition speaker, writer and consultant. She writes the Good Sense Eating column for Chicago Parent and five New York City-based family publications and is a contributing editor for Environmental Nutrition. She has been invited to speak at national nutrition and health conferences including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Berry Health Benefits Symposium, Chicago Dental Society and American Dental Hygienists Association. She also frequently presents corporate wellness programs in the Chicagoland area. Christine is a frequent guest on Chicago area television and has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Fox News Channel's Fox & Friends and CNN fn's The Flipside.
